Health is Important

I think that to keep health is greatly important. If people is overweight they risks to be blood pressure and at the worst a matter of life and death. We should have a well-balanced diet and do moderate exercise to keep up our health. I think we need to figure calories of nutrition and calories of consumption. One idea is that figuring calories of all meals everyday.
