My opinion

I think the important things to keep our health are both of moderate diet and physical activity. Only one-side, we are difficult to keep our health. Then, I’ll show you one of way to keep our health, so I think that take a walk everyday is very simple and good way. Little walk everyday may change our health. Also, eating variety foods is good for our health because unbalanced diet is so bad.
